The external mechanical force acts on the action reed through the transmission element (press pin, button, lever, roller, etc.). There is a Hall switch at the brake handle. When braking, the Hall switch gives a signal voltage to the controller. The motor stops supplying power, the brake handle is released, and the motor recovers normal power supply.


There is a normally closed switch at the brake handle. When braking, the microswitch springs up, and the brake signal is closed (low level and high level brake, and low or high voltage is given to the brake signal). The signal is transmitted to the controller, and the MCU gets the brake signal and stops output, that is, stops power supply to the motor.

Brake is divided into two modes: simple brake power off and brake back charging (EABS). The former just cuts off the power, while the latter will recover the energy from the inertia of the car through the control of the single chip microcomputer after the power failure, and charge the level (reverse charge), that is, give the motor a reaction force to help the motor slow down as soon as possible. It's called a flexible brake system.
